Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to have a smooth, reliable, and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy explains what you can do.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • You received a defective, damaged, or wrong product
  • You received an incomplete package
  • The product does not match the description shown on our website

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and accessories
  • A return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal care items (e.g., hygiene products)
  • Discounted or clearance items (unless defective)
  • Digital or downloadable items

3. Return Request Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at support@fegum.com or via our Facebook page
  2. Provide:
    • Order Number
    • Product Name
    • Clear photos/video of the item and package
  3. Our team will review your request and provide the next steps

Return approval may take 24–48 hours.


4. Replacement or Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

✔ Replacement

If the item is available, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

✔ Refund

If replacement is not possible, we will issue a refund.

Refund will be issued through:

  • Mobile Banking (Bkash/Nagad/Rocket)
  • Bank Transfer
  • Card Refund (if applicable)

Refund processing may take 3–7 working days.


5. Wrong or Damaged Product Delivery

If you received:

  • Wrong item
  • Damaged item
  • Missing item(s)

Please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.


6. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3–5 working days.


7. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or wrong, Fegum will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer requests a return for personal reasons (not product fault), the customer must cover the return shipping cost.
