FEGUM LLC provides digital services and customized business solutions. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final and non-refundable once work has started.

By purchasing any service from FEGUM LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Return Policy.


2. No Physical Product Returns

FEGUM LLC does not sell physical products. All services are delivered digitally. Therefore:

  • There are no physical returns

  • There is no exchange of goods

  • All services are customized based on client requirements


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds are not issued for the following services once work has begun:

  • Marketing & Advertising Management

  • Store Optimization & Growth Strategy

  • Order Fulfillment & Automation

  • Product & Supplier Research

  • Full Store Setup & Design

  • Dropshipping Setup & Consultation

  • Automation & Strategy Development

  • Custom Digital Projects

This includes:

  • Work already delivered

  • Work in progress

  • Consulting time

  • Strategy planning

  • System configuration

  • Account setup


4. Eligibility for Partial Refund (Exceptional Cases Only)

A partial refund may be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not yet started

  • A written refund request is submitted within 24 hours of payment

  • No resources, research, accounts, or tools have been allocated

  • No strategy documents or reports have been delivered

All partial refunds are subject to management approval and are not guaranteed.


5. Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is 7–14 business days

  • Transaction fees and processing costs are non-refundable

  • Currency exchange differences are not reimbursed


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks will result in:

  • Immediate suspension of services

  • Permanent account termination

  • Legal action if necessary

  • Blacklisting from future services

7. Project Cancellations

Clients may request project cancellation by written notice. However:

  • No refunds will be issued for completed or active work

  • Any delivered work remains the property of FEGUM LLC until full payment is received

  • Future service eligibility is at the discretion of FEGUM LLC


8. Subscription & Recurring Payments

For monthly services:

  • Clients must cancel at least 7 days before the next billing cycle

  • No refunds will be issued for partially used billing periods

  • Late cancellations will be charged for the upcoming cycle


9. Advertising Budget Disclaimer

Advertising spend paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, etc.) is:

  • Not controlled by FEGUM LLC

  • Not refundable

  • Subject to each platform’s own refund and dispute policies


10. Refund Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if:

  • A client has a history of disputes or chargebacks

  • Services were fully or partially delivered

  • False claims or misuse of policy is detected


11. Force Majeure

FEGUM LLC is not responsible for refund obligations due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Platform outages

  • Government restrictions

  • Cyber attacks

  • Hosting provider failures

  • Global supply chain disruptions


12. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
